Business & Commercial Matters
Form new businesses and prepare organizational documents.
Prepare business operating documents, including LLC operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partner buy/sell agreements.
Represent buyers/sellers in the acquisition/sale of a business interests (asset/stock/member interest).
Draft contracts/documents, negotiate transactions and advise business owners on the protection of on-going business interests including confidentiality, nondisclosure and non-compete agreement, and basic intellectual property.
Represent individuals/entities in commercial real estate matters including buy/sell, lease drafting, and tenant eviction.
Estate Planning & Personal Matters

Prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney (financial & health care), Living Wills (Advanced Directive), Revocable Living Trusts, and Marital Property Agreements.
Manage probate matters.
Draft documents and advise on home or residential condominium sale/purchase; represent both HOAs/Condominium associations and resident/associations members in governance and property rights matters.
